1. Figure out who you are. Not who society, your parents, or your friends say you should be, but the REAL YOU. The one that's been buried under years of other people's expectations, opinions, and self-doubt.
    

2. Build a real authentic life around that person - without selling your soul, faking success, or becoming some watered-down version of yourself.

From there we turn dreams into reality.

A WORD ABOUT DISCIPLINE:

Whilst discipline has its place, it's main use is to discipline yourself to not do shit you don't want to do.

I don't discipline myself to be straight edge, vegan, play music, or do any of the things I want to do. These things are all just part of who I am.

​

In the same way, you don't force your way to success. You align with what pulls you towards it. If you're having to drag yourself towards a goal it's the wrong goal. The right one doesn't need discipline because the goal itself is the motivation.

My coaching reflects this approach. It's not about "fixing" you, because you're not broken. It's about aligning with who you are instead of who you've been conditioned to believe you have to be.
