Coaching is outcome focused and will mean letting go of outdated beliefs and habits which no longer serve you.

This will happen naturally as you allow yourself to "come from" the place of your goals, rather than striving to "get to" them.

I ONLY work with client who are serious about making positive change - in other words, you must be prepared to go ALL IN on your goals.

All coaching packages include 24/7 365 access to me via WhatsApp.

Personal attention & consistency is key - for this reason, I only work with a limited number of clients at any one time.

​

Consultations are held at my home in the Lake District, UK, private venue, or online via zoom or telephone call.

Low Income/Benefits

​

If you are on a low income or state benefits, I periodically offer a limited number of spaces to clients who cannot afford the regular fees.

​

Spaces are limited but you can make an application in the usual way, stating your income status.

​
